Pork Carnitas

Crispy pork that melts in your mouth. This will remind you of the delicious tacos at the taqueria. Enjoy this Rancho Molina favorite right at home!

Directions
Ingredients
2 pound pork country ribs or pork shoulder
⅓ cup orange juice
¼ cup lime juice
4 cloves of garlic
½ teaspoon of cumin
2 teaspoons of salt
Water
Corn tortillas, lime, white onion, cilantro
Cut pork into large chunks saving bones.
Place meat and bones in large pot, add juices and cover meat with water.
Add cumin, salt and garlic and bring to a boil.
Simmer on low for approximately two hours until liquid has evaporated and rendered fat remains. Fry meat until golden brown.
Remove meat and shred or chop.
Serve with warm corn tortillas, finely chopped white onion, lime wedges, cilantro, and salsa.
